Competitors should have more muscularity than a Fitness Model but not the level of a Womens Bodybuilder. Your judging criteria is outlined below:
Clear and defined separation between all major muscle groups inclusive of
abs, shoulders, arms, quads, hamstrings, back and glutes and calves.
Striations /separations throughout muscle groups excluding glutes
Symmetry: Physique should be balanced overall with chest, shoulder, arm and back (upper body) development matching glute quad, hamstring & calf development (lower body)
Development through the front and back, left and right should all be in proportion.
Also consisitng of 4 x Quarter turns
